What should I put in the RFQ to get a quote quickly?

The model or the application, the estimated quantity and the target date, plus anything unusual about the deployment — required I/O, display size, mounting, or the environment the unit sits in. With those, our engineers can usually quote within one business day.

I do not know which model I need. Can you still help?

Yes — that is the more common case. Describe the application and the environment, and leave the model field blank. Our engineers will recommend a configuration alongside the quote.

Do you supply outside Thailand?
