What is the minimum order quantity for an ODM or OEM build?
It depends on how far the build departs from an existing model — a firmware and enclosure change has a different floor from a new board. Tell us the target quantity and we will confirm the minimum for that specific configuration rather than quote a number that does not apply to you.
What does the 1-year warranty cover, and what happens after it?
One year of product warranty with a documented claim process, backed by after-sales service including spare parts and maintenance beyond the warranty period. Because we designed and built the product, repairs are handled by the same engineering team in Thailand rather than escalated to an overseas vendor.
Can you support us outside office hours?
Yes — support runs 24/7, and AI agents monitor and check deployed devices. The diagnostics agent inspects a device and reports what it finds in plain language, so a deep hardware diagnosis does not require a programmer on your side.
