It mounts into a cabinet door, a kiosk face or a machine housing, so the operator gets a screen to touch and the machine gets a computer with the serial ports it needs, in a single device instead of two.

How to choose an industrial panel PC
1. Pick the screen size from the job, not the spec sheet
10.1 inch (KEL-X, KEL-XL) is the size for a control cabinet, an access-control post or a smart-locker face — the operator stands close and needs a few clear controls. 21.5 inch Full HD (KEL-21, KEL-21L) is the size for a self-service kiosk, a POS terminal or a vending machine that people use at arm's length.
2. Check the serial interface your machine speaks
RS232 / RS485 / TTL on the 10.1 inch models connects directly to PLCs, controllers and sensors. Serial, USB and LAN on the 21.5 inch models connect printers, scanners, card readers and the network a kiosk needs.
3. Decide whether the AI runs on the screen
KEL-XL and KEL-21L add a 6 TOPS NPU to the panel PC, so face detection, people counting or QR reading can run on the unit itself. KEL-X and KEL-21 are the choice when the screen only has to show and control.
